Start by sitting straight with your hips placed on your calves.

Stretch your arms over the head and reach forward touching the ground.

Lift your legs at an angle of 90 degrees after following the first step.

Slowly give a push to your legs towards your legs and bring your feet behind the head.

Once you've got a hang of the pose, place your hands on the yoga mat, holding the position for approximately 30 seconds.
